From green leaves to solid grains to dried mushrooms, our products are a colourful mix of the world's flavours. We carry them on daily for a reliable supply to our customers of the goods they need for their products and dishes.
We are aware of our special responsibility, as the trade in high-quality natural products is subject to various influences of which we only have complete control to a certain extent. Spoiled crops or relevant legislative changes can have a major impact, which we can respond to quickly thanks to good networking and long-term partnerships.
We are all the more careful in the areas that we can influence, such as transport and storage conditions. All goods are carried by ship to Hamburg – by the way, the third largest spice transshipment center in the world – and from here directly after landing by truck to our warehouse in Seevetal.
- There, the goods are picked on Euro pallets and stored carefully so as not to be damaged by pressure or the like.
- In our warehouse, we ensure constant temperature and humidity, which are regularly checked and recorded in order to ensure optimal conditions for the sensitive products.
Our suppliers
Trade relations across the globe require mutual trust, which must develop. We therefore rely on long-term cooperation and have been associated with some suppliers for over 20 years. As a rule, we also travel to the countries of origin once or twice a year for an audit to get a personal impression of the harvest and factories and a direct exchange of ideas. At the same time, we learn which requirements of the European market can be realistically implemented and what may not (yet) be feasible. An important factor for transparent customer and supplier relationships.
Quality & Purity
We convince ourselves of the fundamental quality of our products from the country of origin and through various controls along the supply chain. Product purity is also important to us and we are proud to achieve an almost perfect result with a purity percentage of around 99.5%.

Good to know: With our quality management and logistics, we are certified according to the IFS Broker and IFS Logistics standards.
Dried vegetables
Dried vegetables score with their versatility and long shelf life. We source our raw materials from long-standing partners in China with whom we work together in a spirit of trust.
Dried mushrooms
Dried mushrooms from different parts of the world enrich our range of goods – and many dishes through their intensely aromatic taste. They are still air-dried in the country of origin.
Specialities
In addition to hibiscus from Egypt, pistachios from Pakistan and pink berries from Brazil, we have a choice selection of other specialties ready for you.
Organic range
Organic products are becoming more and more important, which is why you will find many of our regular products here in certified organic quality.
